Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the reservation may result in the return of part of the money paid, depending on the moment in which it occurs:
- Until within 2 weeks: 75% refund.
- Until within 1 week: 50% refund.
- During the last 7 days: There are no refunds.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not have a refund.
- The client may request a change of date in their reservation up to 7 days before the date of the excursion. The change will be subject to availability and will have a cost of €3 for each of the places in the reservation.
- Sometimes the weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the route since it includes a kayak trip in the natural environment (this fact will be determined by the person in charge). In this case, the client can request to change the activity to another date if there is availability or request a full refund of the amount.
- It is also possible that the person in charge considers it necessary to cancel or change the excursion route just before departure or during its development (the decision of the guides, as expert professionals, is not subject to discussion). In the event of interruption of activity, the reasons and conditions will be studied in order to evaluate what amount should be returned to the client.
